With 50 years of history, Zhengzhou Yutong Heavy Industries is one of the first manufacturers of motor scrapers in China. Our business scope covers passenger buses, engineering machinery, auto parts and real estate. We specialize in the development, production and export of military and civil construction machinery and special vehicle products.
We actively adopt internationally advanced technology and continually develop products that are suitable for engineering construction and urban construction. We have formed five types with 60 varieties of products including scraper machinery, drilling rig machinery, road machinery, concrete machinery and special purpose vehicles.
Our market share of rotary drilling rig ranks second among home-made products. We use master control systems from Rexroth (Germany) which has both automatic and manual leveling functions. We also use engines from Caterpillar (the US) which is one of the largest construction machinery engine manufacturers in the world. Our YTR230 rotary drilling rig was used for the construction of the Bird's Nest Stadium. On the other hand, our market share of long screw drilling rig ranks first. The swiveling mechanism is derived by hydraulic motor cooperating with four support oil cylinders allowing the machinery to swivel 360 degrees easily.
We have over 150 technicians in our technology center equipped with design software such as CAD, CAE, CAM, CAPP and PDM. We also import MC60 CNC machining centers from the US and Mandelli 7U CNC horizontal machining centers from Italy for our R&D. We also have 19 patents and export 100 dozens to Peru. Our 100 QC checks the whole production and is directed under the standard of military machinery. Furthermore, our staff makes sure that our products meet CE standards.
